Brain Boosting Workout

The 2 Minute Workout is all about boosting your brain power! There's a huge amount of research around linking exercise with strengthening your brain and therefore lowering your risk of related diseases such a dementia. This workout has a couple of my favourite 'pat your head, rub your tummy' style moves to get your brain working for you. You also get some awesome leg toning thrown in too.
